How do we as the church and as christians remain relevant to the world and increase our ability to reach the unbelievers….and not compromise the Gospel and the msg of Christ?

i think if we really strive to remain relatable (or down to earth) and trasparent, the unsaved, the new belivers and the seasoned christians will find relivance in every message sent by us…be it verbally from the platform, or lyrically in a worship song, or more impotantly, i think, in just every day life…through how we handle things when were put in a tense situation at work…or whatever. the more people see us as human and not just a suit, or a guitar, or a cheesy smiley face ready to feed you some cliche and send you on down the road…the more receptive and open they will be.and its then that the word becomes life to them! when it becomes real….

I think we must embrace culture and maintain a strong commitment to teach biblical truths. People will not receive that which is out of date or culturally irrelevant so we must work hard to be current or modern without watering down the truth of the Gospel. I think we do this by embracing music, art, drama, and other things that relate to the people in our society.
